What is SaveGreenNow?

Through the power of group buying, SaveGreenNow provides information about great deals from “green” companies in your city.  Every deal requires a minimum number of buyers to activate it, which introduces new customers to the business, and gives you a “group discount.”

How do I get the daily deal from SaveGreenNow?

Simply click “BUY” before the offer ends at midnight on expiration date listed on the deal details. If the minimum number of buyers is reached to activate the group discount then we’ll charge your card and email you a link to print your SaveGreenNow voucher. If the minimum isn’t reached then no one gets it (and you won’t be charged) so invite your friends to make sure you get the deal!

What happens if there aren’t enough buyers to activate the deal?

The deal is cancelled and your card won’t be charged. To prevent this, share the deal with all of your friends and enjoy!

What happens after I buy?

Once you’re charged, you will receive an email confirmation with a link to login to your account to print your SaveGreenNow Voucher. This Voucher has all the info you need to redeem it, including the Merchant's address and hours of operation.
If the deal hasn't been activated yet, your email confirmation will arrive when it does. If the deal doesn't get the minimum number of buyers before time runs out, your card isn't charged and nobody gets the deal.

When do I get charged?

You only get charged if the minimum number of buyers required to activate the deal is reached.

Do I need to use the SaveGreenNow Voucher the same day I buy it?

You can use most deals from SaveGreenNow the day after you purchase them - our featured businesses usually request a day or two to get organized for the masses.  If the deal activation date is different from the day after the date of purchase, specific activation date will be included on the deal’s detail information.

When do deals from SaveGreenNow expire?

Generally, you have at least 3 months to redeem your Voucher, and in many cases much longer. The expiration date is clearly stated in the Details of the SaveGreenNow Feature and is listed on your Voucher.

How do I benefit from sharing deals from SaveGreenNow with my friends?

If you invite a friend using your referral code and they subscribe within 72 hours, then we’ll credit your account with $5 Deal Credits whenever they make their first purchase. So go ahead and share your unique referral link via email, Facebook, and Twitter!

What are Deal Credits?

They’re the currency to spend on SaveGreenNow! They’re valid towards any SaveGreenNow purchase and never expire (contradicts the info in Terms & Conditions). You can check your balance by logging into your account and clicking on My Deal Credits.

Can I invite as many people as I want?

No, only the last code you click on before making your first purchase will get rewarded the $5.

Can I buy a deal from SaveGreenNow as a gift for someone else?

Yes…be generous! Unless the Feature Details states otherwise, you are free to give fabulous gifts for your friends and family! Simply select the gift option at checkout to email or print your gift Voucher.

What happens if I buy a SaveGreenNow deal as a gift?

When you buy a deal from SaveGreenNow as a gift and choose to email it, an email will be sent to the recipient as soon as your card is charged, with the SaveGreenNow Voucher for them to print off. If you choose to keep your gift a surprise and print it, you'll be able to do that in 'My Gifts' once your card has been charged.

My name is on the SaveGreenNow voucher. Can I still use it as a gift?

Yep. As long as the Voucher number hasn't been used, your friend won't have a problem using it.

Is SaveGreenNow safe?

Yes. Your credit card information is sent via SSL encryption to a secure electronic vault, at no time is it stored on our servers.

What if I don’t end up using the full value of my SaveGreenNow voucher in my first visit, can I use the rest later?

No. Unless otherwise stated, the Voucher is one-time use only so you don’t receive store credit or cash back for whatever you don’t use. So go all out or bring a friend and share in the fun!

Can I combine my SaveGreenNow with any other special offers?

Sorry, your special deal from SaveGreenNow can not be combined with any other offer.

What happens if my SaveGreenNow expires?

Don't worry it still has a value! When a SaveGreenNow voucher expires it loses the promotional value, but it still retains the value you actually paid for it according to the gift certificate laws in your province or state.

Can I return a SaveGreenNow voucher?

SaveGreenNow will provide a refund if you change your mind within five days after you've purchased your Voucher, and want to "return" the unused Voucher. After that we do not provide refunds except that we will provide a refund if you are unable to redeem a Voucher because the Merchant has gone out of business.

What if the business for my SaveGreenNow voucher goes out of business before I redeem it?

If you are unable to redeem a Voucher before the applicable expiration of the Voucher because the relevant Merchant has gone out of business, then email us for a refund of what you paid at support@SaveGreenNow.com.
