Deborah Eden Tull

What makes her Personal Coaching Sessions unique?

Eden does not offer traditional therapy, advice or analysis. What she offers are tools to enable you to become your own mentor and to meet the challenges and opportunities life presents. She helps people let go of old, unconscious habits and beliefs, align themselves with peace and possibility, apply the tools of meditation to urban life and celebrate the time they are on this planet because let’s face it - life is short and what we do with our energy and attention during our time on this planet is truly our choice! She provides coaching sessions for many reasons including;

- To develop a practice of mindfulness/meditation in their daily lives.

- Resilience through a life crisis.

- Chronic illnesses and physical pain challenges.

- Monthly coaching for meeting long term goals (personal and career).

- Coaching through the process of personal and planetary sustainability, book writing/publishing, new career choices and adopting new forms of creative expression.
